All-New Chevrolet Colorado: Power and Storage

Many loyal customers were disappointed when the Chevrolet Colorado ceased production after the 2012 model year. But now, it’s back. Introducing the all-new 2015 Colorado. Available Fall 2014. In this entry, we’ll take a look at the raw power and storage capability of the Colorado.

The all-new 2015 Chevrolet Colorado is expected to deliver unprecedented power, payload, and towing. At launch in the Fall of 2014, the Colorado will offer either a 2.5-liter I-4 or 3.6-liter V6 engine. In 2015, the highly anticipated 2.8-liter Duramax Turbo-Diesel will join the lineup for McKinney drivers. No matter which engine you choose, you’re sure to get a vehicle with performance on demand, especially since no other North American truck in the Colorado’s class offers a turbo-diesel option.
To enhance the towing and payload experience, the available Tow/Haul mode (offered on 3.6-liter V6 models) will help minimize up shifting and downshifting, regardless of whether you’ve got a few dirt bikes in the back, or you’re hauling a weighty trailer from Paris to Whitesboro. The Chevrolet Colorado delivers incredible results that few would expect from a mid-sized truck.

To take things to an even further level, consider the Z71 Off-Road Suspension Package, which will turn your Colorado into a full-on warrior that’s ready for action, on or off the beaten path.

If you think the power of the Chevrolet Colorado is impressive, wait until you see how much attention we’ve paid to storage space; the Colorado delivers excellent cargo room for McKinney drivers. The standard two-teir box system gives the vehicle upper and lower storage areas, which is perfect for hauling mountain bikes or other large cargo on top, while still leaving plenty of space for smaller items below. Additionally, the available Cargo Management System divides the bed of the Chevrolet Colorado into two modular sections for Paris drivers, giving you impressive flexibility for carrying your gear.

If you need even more space, the back seat of the cab is available for when you’re traveling solo or with a buddy. When you’ve got the kids in the backseat (up to three), a dual rear-seat DVD entertainment system with wireless headphones is available. Whitesboro drivers are sure to enjoy this feature of the Chevrolet Colorado, which is sure to keep complaining to a minimum and peace-of-mind at an all-time high, which is especially important on those long trips, where kids tend to get bored easily.

Ramey Chevrolet is located at the SE corner of US 75 and Lamberth Road in Sherman, Texas. A short drive from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Ramey Chevrolet is proud to serve the communities of Sherman, Denison, McKinney, Whitesboro, Paris, Bonham and all of the Texoma region.
